I have been where you are.
Do you ever get that feeling when you are doing something you truly love, that time stops still and you are in complete flow mode?
It took me 15 years in corporate, living in 7 countries and multiple life experiences to get to that. Until the moment that I jumped out of my big executive position to do what I am truly passionate about and love.
I worked across multiple business giants like Gucci, Sephora and adidas around the world in executive positions, but I kept hearing the voices of people around me telling me that I have a true talent to help unlock what is in them. That is to unlock values, clarity, potential, success, happiness, results and the list goes on...
And after 10 years of coaching as a side hobby I decided to take the leap of faith and fully dedicate myself to making a difference by helping growth-minded leaders of today and tomorrow create true impact through long lasting change and growth.
Yes, ok, you might say. Just another ICF PCC Master coach. But how about a coach who has been where you are? Who has experienced everything that you have? I had it all but still felt the frustration of not having performed to my full potential at work or at home, not having balance, being overwhelmed and not living up to my values.

For me DARA IMPACT is not just a name; it's a reflection of ancestry, bridging my Greek and Scottish heritage.
The Dara Knot, a Celtic symbol, signifies the robust root system supporting an oak tree's weight. For me this is the perfect metaphor for coaching – delving deep into the roots, understanding challenges at their core, and fostering long-lasting change, much like the nourishment the right ingredients provide to a tree.
Just as trees need optimal conditions to grow, we will collaborate together, to identify where nurturing is needed. Like planting seeds strategically, coaching ensures growth by establishing a solid foundation – a parallel to the essential role of roots.
